Shelf life
At least 24 months in the original container, provided that the original containers are stored tightly closed at 5 to 25 °C. Opened containers must be used up quickly. The date of manufacture is indicated on the product label. The minimum shelf life is 18 months from the date of delivery. Storage beyond the specified period does not necessarily mean that the product is unusable. However, for quality assurance reasons, it is essential to check the properties required for the respective application in this case.

Apply drop by drop, stir larger quantities well.
Substrates
Steel, stainless steel, aluminium after prior testing – zinc and galvanised substrates.
Pre-treatment
The substrate must be free of substances that impair adhesion, such as oils, greases and surfactants. We recommend using chemical (e.g. phosphating, chromating) or mechanical (e.g. blasting) pretreatment methods as appropriate for the requirements.

Oven drying: possible up to 50°C (object temperature)
Continuous service temperature: max. 130°C (except for zinc and galvanised steel)

Test conditions
The information on economy, drying and labelling depends on the colour tone. The data provided refers to ZK1003, signal red. All statements are based on standard climate 20/65 DIN 50014. When calculating practical consumption, surcharges to the theoretical values must be taken into account, e.g. as specified in DIN 53220 and based on practical experience. This information is based on our product knowledge and experience. We have no influence on the application itself. Please contact us for further information. Anbruchgebinde sind kurzfris- tig zu verarbeiten. Das Herstellerdatum
ist auf dem Produktetikett angege- ben. Die Mindesthaltbarkeit beträgt
18 Monate ab Lieferdatum. Eine Lage- rung über den angegebenen
Zeitraum hinaus bedeutet nicht notwendiger- weise, dass die Ware
unbrauchbar ist. Eine Überprüfung der für den jeweili- gen
Einsatzzweck erforderlichen Eigenschaften ist jedoch in diesem Falle
aus Gründen der Qualitätssicherung unerlässlich.

Test conditions
Die Angaben zur Wirtschaftlichkeit,
Trocknung und Kennzeichnung sind farb- tonabhängig. Die angegebenen
Daten beziehen sich auf ZK1003, signalrot. Alle Aussagen
basieren auf Normklima 20/65 DIN 50014. Bei der Berechnung des
praktischen Verbrauchs sind Zuschläge zu den theoretischen Werten zu
berücksichtigen, Hinweis z.B. in DIN 53220 und aus Praxiser- fahrung.
Diese Angaben beruhen auf unseren Produktkenntnissen und Er-
fahrungen. Auf die Applikation selbst haben wir keinen Einfluß. Für
